Provide elevated beverage service in premium hospitality environments, including luxury suites, VIP lounges, club-level seating, sponsor hospitality areas, private receptions, and exclusive guest experiences. Responsibilities may include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory, engaging professionally with guests, and delivering exceptional customer service in high-end settings. Candidates should have strong bartending experience, excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to represent clients and brands in a polished manner. RBS Certification may be required depending on the event and venue.
Prepares and cooks menu items during service while managing assigned stations and maintaining quality and consistency.
Oversees service staff and manages overall flow of food and beverage service. Acts as the main point of contact on-site, coordinates with clients and vendors, and ensures service runs smoothly from setup through breakdown. Remains hands-on by supporting the team as needed.

Responsible for keeping event spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the event. Duties may include trash removal, restroom checks and stocking of supplies, maintaining guest and common areas, replenishing consumables, assisting with event setup and breakdown, moving equipment or furniture, supporting catering and service teams as needed, and ensuring all event spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable. Porters play a key behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a professional and efficient event environment.
